Booked the class Create Your Own Pasta with Chef Obianuju in Orlando (Northeast Orlando)

The chef was really nice but overall was below expectations. We were given a cutting board and 1 knife as our tools. How we were expected to make any type of pasta shape with no rolling pin or cutting tools is beyond me. Also, we were told to make shapes. With zero direction. The fact that we were then expected to cook our pasta in 3 pots between at least a dozen people is kind of crazy. Also, jars of sauce not even us making sauce from scratch. In the end my husband used his pocket knife ans a tool and the lady next to us bought a beer to use as a rolling pin and then left halfway through. Overall a bad class.

Booked the class Create Your Own Pasta with Chef Obianuju in Orlando (Northeast Orlando)

Good concept poor execution. The Chef was very professional and organized BUT the pasta class was located in a pub. Small round tables were the work space with plastic plates and knives. We were given the ingredients and some guidance but did not have the proper tools. No way this is a meal when done. Us and many others were talking about out where to eat after. Definitely not what we were expecting. This could be done more professionally for the price.
