He has cooked in a variety of kitchens, including mom and pop restaurants, steakhouses, wineries and Michelin star restaurants on the Vegas strip. Chef Brian has worked with some of the most well respected chefs in the industry, including Guy Fieri, Gordon Ramsay and Guy Savoy.

My husband and I were visiting for our anniversary from NY. We stayed in an Airbnb and I surprised him with Chef Brian making us brunch. It was the highlight of our Vegas Trip! The food was creative and beautifully presented. Chef Brian was thoughtful with the menu and very friendly. He left the kitchen spotless and left us a gift. Chef Brian showed me how to make a delicious California sushi roll. I love sushi and was super excited to learn how to make this. He was super fun and informative. I really enjoyed learning from him.
