Chef Carolina teaches on honoring food and each other in this culinary team building event.
In this hands-on, team building class, you and your colleagues will journey through the preparation of a five-course pescatarian menu mindfully created by the incredibly talented Chef Carolina.
In this class, herbs, vegetables, and spices work together to take you on a journey of both ancient and modern cooking techniques. Chef Carolina will instill into you and your team the principles of natural food and teach you how to incorporate them into your daily life. Together, you will prepare a feast using ingredients that will nourish and strengthen your team.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Carolina graduated from the Art Institute and The Institute of Natural Food, and worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years. She has been surrounded by good food all of her life — her mother and grandmother were always in the kitchen cooking, and she learned many secrets to authentic ethnic Mexican food from them. This has been Chef Carolina's inspiration for creating menus full of natural, unprocessed foods.
