What You’ll Do

Team members will learn how to mix, knead, roll, and prepare handcrafted pastas together.

This team-building class is a delight for the tastebuds and for any group looking to connect over a good meal. Chef Gwyn brings her professional culinary expertise to this engaging course.

Working together, guests will learn how to mix and roll out pasta dough, an artisanal skill that is lost to most modern home cooks. Under Chef Gwyn's guidance, students will fill, shape, and cook delicious lemon and goat's cheese ravioli, as well as spicy sausage and spinach ravioli. After making an artichoke-mushroom cream sauce and fresh tomato-basil sauce to top their freshly-cooked pastas, team members will sit down to enjoy a meal together and bring home new cooking skills to share with friends and family.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
