Chef Gwyn has 25 years of experience cooking in various venues and relishes helping teams to bond through cooking. Work alongside your colleagues to learn how to prepare, taste and plate during this interactive class.

Under the guidance of Chef Gwyn, learn the skills required to create classics found in a Parisian bistro. You and your teammates will create the familiar French fare: a warm goat cheese salad, a steak au poivre, potato galette, and a divine tarte tatin.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
