Equally skilled in vegetarian as well as vegan cuisine, Chef Robin brings 30 years of industry experience to the kitchen as well as international flair to get your team excited about cooking. Learn her secrets to exciting vegan cooking through her extensive knowledge of lentils, nuts and seeds.

This class will break down the classic components of a vegetarian holiday meal. Start with dainty blinis and lentil caviar, move on to a velvety squash bisque, continue with an impressive nut roast Wellington, and close with caramel apple pies. Your team will be broken into smaller group to focus on each individual course and at the end will all sit down together to enjoy the meal.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Robin was welcoming, entertaining, and amazing. She loves cooking and teaching. The pies and tarts we made turned out well all thanks to Chef Robin's clear instructions. We booked a class for my wife's birthday and she said this was the best birthday present ever. We're looking forward to booking another cooking class with Chef Robin in the near future!
