Fire up your coals and perfect the art of grilled meat, gaucho style!
Discover the secrets to the perfect asado and cook a hearty Argentinian meal. A 12-year veteran of the restaurant industry, Chef Carolina brings the experience from a legacy of great Latin cooking in her family as well as a drive to promote natural, unprocessed foods.
Learn more about Argentina’s passion for barbecue with adobo and chimichurri, their most-loved marinade and seasoning. Chef Carolina will guide the class in preparation and nutrition as you and your teammates work together to create a mouth-watering feast. In addition to two grilled meats, the class will also cover instruction on how to make empanadas, potato sides, and a sweet pan de leche dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Carolina graduated from the Art Institute and The Institute of Natural Food, and worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years. She has been surrounded by good food all of her life — her mother and grandmother were always in the kitchen cooking, and she learned many secrets to authentic ethnic Mexican food from them. This has been Chef Carolina's inspiration for creating menus full of natural, unprocessed foods.
