With the guidance of Chef Carolina, you and your colleagues will work together to make creole staples like sweet and savory beignets, a high-end take on shrimp and grits with a spicy tomato-bacon gravy, and a veggie omelet inspired by the region. Your team will also learn more about the background of each dish from Chef Carolina as you prepare them by hand, then will sit down to feast together on all you’ve worked to create.

Meet your chef
Chef Carolina graduated from the Art Institute and The Institute of Natural Food, and worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years. She has been surrounded by good food all of her life — her mother and grandmother were always in the kitchen cooking, and she learned many secrets to authentic ethnic Mexican food from them. This has been Chef Carolina's inspiration for creating menus full of natural, unprocessed foods.
