Team Building Activity - Coastal Mediterranean

Engage your team with fun and interactive culinary experiences.

This team building activity is designed to encourage communication and develop organizational skills among colleagues. You'll join a gourmet chef who will share tips and techniques for creating a delicious meal you can share.

Learn how to pickle apples for a tangy kale and feta cheese salad. Later, slow-roast salmon steaks and chop ingredients for a fresh mint and orange gremolata. Prepare a vegetable-laden couscous topped with sliced almonds and plump raisins. Dessert is roasted pears in honey paired with vanilla ice cream. Bond with your team over delicious flavors.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a fun experience!!! Our corporate team of 13 people had a blast learning from and cooking with Chef Paul. He is super knowledgeable, and was able to balance his attention perfectly between the multiple cooking stations. My team had the best time and I honestly can't wait to go again. The food was phenomenal and authentic. FIVE Stars!!

Chef Paul has been a professional chef for nearly 40 years. Born and raised in Belgium, he started his cooking career as an apprentice. After receiving his culinary arts degree, he continued to gain experience in several restaurants in Belgium. In 1983, he moved to NYC and became the executive chef at famous restaurants in Tribeca and the West Village. In 2001, he opened his own cooking school, which is still thriving today.
