In this hands-on team building cooking class, Chef Dos will help you master the art of pizza-making from dough to sauce as you explore different styles and topping combinations. He will inspire your creativity while teaching you how to reduce waste by repurposing leftover dough.

Discover Detroit-style pizza as you prepare the deep, chewy crust layered with cheese and toppings accompanied by Caesar salad with homemade croutons. Next, transform your leftover dough into generously stuffed calzones. For a sweet ending, layer an indulgent chocolate pudding parfait with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Class FAR exceeded our expectations! Chef Dos was phenomenal and knowledgeable. Came prepared with EVERYTHING needed for the class. Taught us how to repurpose the dough and make 4 or 5 different recipes that will go into heavy rotation in our home. This class was worth every penny and will hopefully book more! Thanks Chef Dos!

Chef Dos was our first CozyMeal experience and he did not disappoint! The food was outstanding, he made the recipe easy to understand, and the company was even better. Lots of laughs, and leftovers! 10/10 recommend and we will definitely book again!
