What You’ll Do

Immerse your team in a collective culinary experience built around traditional tapas.

Prepare to work together to create some of the most flavorful, shareable tapas this side of the Atlantic. In this interactive team building cooking class, Chef Laura will show your group how to put your heads together to craft a menu of small plates using simple ingredients and fresh herbs and spices.

You'll find something for everyone on this menu, from shrimp cooked in butter and garlic to red wine-braised chorizo to a perfectly arranged Manchego cheese and smoked ham dessert plate. You'll work together to prepare and indulge in each of these rustic recipes.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After graduating from culinary school in Denver, Chef Laura began teaching cooking classes at one of America's leading gourmet foods stores. Today, she owns her own business where she offers dinner parties and small event catering as well as cooking classes.

Chef Laura was exceptional! She made my 40th birthday dinner something truly special. She was very accommodating to our group (which can be difficult when you have toddlers and young children). I would recommend Chef Laura to anyone considering a private dinner event.
