Chef Carolina will introduce your team to four of her favorite traditional Mexican recipes.
Spend time with your team learning how to make a handful of Chef Carolina's favorite Mexican dishes from scratch as you cook together in this hands-on class.
Begin by making ceviche, a South American favorite made with fish "cooked" in lime juice and served with crudités, a hearty pozole stew prepared in the Jalisco style and sopes, fried discs made of masa flour with various toppings. For your main course, Chef Carolina will teach you how to prepare perfect fish tacos and fresh guacamole, and crunchy cinnamon churros for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Carolina graduated from the Art Institute and The Institute of Natural Food, and worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years. She has been surrounded by good food all of her life — her mother and grandmother were always in the kitchen cooking, and she learned many secrets to authentic ethnic Mexican food from them. This has been Chef Carolina's inspiration for creating menus full of natural, unprocessed foods.
