Gather your team and prepare a traditional Mexican meal together in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Carolina where you'll learn smart cooking techniques and incredibly authentic recipes.
Begin with fresh ceviche and crudités, then prepare homemade pozole made Jalisco style and an assortment of sopes — a classic dish with a fried masa base and a variety of toppings. Next, you'll build perfect fish tacos and guacamole to enjoy with fresh tortilla chips. And for dessert, Chef Carolina will teach you how to make cinnamon churros with a sweet and tangy lime-caramel dipping sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Carolina graduated from the Art Institute and The Institute of Natural Food, and worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years. She has been surrounded by good food all of her life — her mother and grandmother were always in the kitchen cooking, and she learned many secrets to authentic ethnic Mexican food from them. This has been Chef Carolina's inspiration for creating menus full of natural, unprocessed foods.
