Prepare an authentic Asian meal side by side with your team in this interactive hands-on cooking class with Chef Carolina. You'll put your teamwork skills to the test as you create traditional dishes from scratch and enjoy the whole spread together when you're finished.
Start with a pork dumpling appetizer and a signature sauce from Chef Carolina herself. Then, prepare spicy pork belly bowls with vegetables, Vietnamese shrimp pho from an ancestral recipe and chicken lo mein with rainbow vegetables. Wrap up with a dessert of classic Chinese donuts.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Carolina graduated from the Art Institute and The Institute of Natural Food, and worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years. She has been surrounded by good food all of her life — her mother and grandmother were always in the kitchen cooking, and she learned many secrets to authentic ethnic Mexican food from them. This has been Chef Carolina's inspiration for creating menus full of natural, unprocessed foods.
