In this vegetarian cooking class, Chef Carolina will teach you to prepare a variety of delicious, satisfying, and healthy vegetarian options to satisfy even the most hardened carnivore. This multiple-course feast features a variety of vegetarian options, including a three bean salad with manchego, a hearty and protein-packed veggie burger, and an innovative cake for dessert featuring black beans and sweet potatoes!
Guests are welcome to bring their own wine or beer to enjoy with the class and meal.

Meet your chef
Chef Carolina graduated from the Art Institute and The Institute of Natural Food, and worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years. She has been surrounded by good food all of her life — her mother and grandmother were always in the kitchen cooking, and she learned many secrets to authentic ethnic Mexican food from them. This has been Chef Carolina's inspiration for creating menus full of natural, unprocessed foods.
