Learn how to pack big flavor into a meal in this team building experience with Chef Chris.

In this hands-on team building experience with Chef Chris, you and your team will work together as you learn how to prepare a three-course menu boasting big and bold flavor profiles.

Some of the dishes you can your team can look forward to preparing in this class include sweet and spicy shrimp and chorizo atop freshly grilled bread, petite lamb chop lollipops marinated in olive oil and garlic and served with a refreshing lemon cucumber sauce, a seasonal fruit cobbler with fresh lemon whipped cream, and more!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

An amazing experience all thanks to Chef Chris. He is professional, yet fun to learn from and work with. Chef Chris is also very clearly knowledgeable and accommodating - we had a group of 6 friends in our personal cooking class with varying experience levels with cooking. Ingredients were very fresh, and the recipes we made were very tasty and easy to follow. We will absolutely do this experience again and if possible, we would like to work with Chef Chris as well. Thank you!
