“This is going to be my go to pan when fall and winter come. This heavy duty skillet allows me to not only get a great sear on any protein I add to it, but it goes into the oven as well if I want to roast larger cuts of meat or do a slow and low braise. The quick cool handle allows me to work with the pan if I need to finish anything on the stove a la minute. This will be the most used pan in my kitchen by far.”

Let me tell you... there is no other piece of cast iron cookware out there quite like Finex. My order from Cozymeal arrived in perfect condition (packaged really well!). This piece is gorgeous, you will love serving dishes in this pan straight from the oven to the table. Makes a lovely gift for anyone who loves cooking. The gold and silver details of the handle and lid, with the unique shape, really make this piece a collector's item.
