Next, savor salmon roasted to perfection and sided by peas prepared three ways, and homemade gnocchi topped with mushrooms and black truffle dust. For dessert, sink your fork into classic apple tart tatin.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had such a fun experience with Chef Kenny through Cozy Meals! He taught us knife skills, how to roll sushi, and how to plan a dinner menu and cooking order. It was super interactive and we actually feel confident recreating the recipes at home. Highly recommend!

We cooked steam fish and lots of other delicious food! My favorite part was chef Kenny taught us a lot tips and tricks on how to the knife better and more efficiently. He definitely improved our knife skills. It was a anniversary present and we had a great time!
