Treat yourself or a group to a private chef experience focusing on elegant coastal recipes. Chef Michael will prepare and serve a customized three-course menu.

Start by choosing from appetizers such as crab cakes, a colorful beet salad, classic French mussels or shrimp and lobster bisque. EntrГ©e selections include lobster risotto, bouillabaisse, seared scallops or a whole branzino with roasted potatoes and lemon caper butter. Dessert options range from chocolate mousse and strawberry semifreddo to crГЄpes Suzette and a seasonal fruit crumble with brown butter streusel.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
