Immerse yourself in a private chef experience featuring a Spanish menu brought directly to your home. Guided by expert Chef April, you'll enjoy an exquisite menu showcasing the vibrant flavors of Spain.

Begin with Spanish tomato bread topped with savory Serrano ham. Delight in prawn and avocado escabèche, combining succulent prawns, creamy avocado, tangy lime and aromatic cilantro. Indulge in authentic Spanish seafood paella, brimming with calamari, shrimp and mussels. Finish your culinary journey with crema Catalana, a delightful custard dessert infused with lemon peel, cinnamon and a touch of vanilla.

Each dish is meticulously crafted, ensuring a memorable and sophisticated dining experience at home.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

A wonderful evening! Chef April is gracious and professional. She served us 2 appetizers and we sipped wine while she prepared the paella. There was an allergy to mussels so she substituted oysters, which were delicious. After hesitation on her part, and insistence on ours, she joined our table of friends. Everything, and especially the paella, was outstanding! She showed us the sweet smoked paprika from Spain that gave such amazing flavor. The huge prawns, very tender calamari, and perfectly al dente rice were heavenly. Will book Chef April again!
