This private chef experience offers a delicious glimpse into the mind of the talented Chef Ben. Featuring three imaginative courses Chef Ben has curated a culinary experience that you won't forget anytime soon.

You'll start with a roasted beet salad served with a chive vinaigrette. Your main course is a fillet of beef, served with blue cheese tater tots and red wine shallot butter, which you'll enjoy alongside a serving of cheesy creamed spinach. Dessert is a fresh plating of macerated berries served with a refreshing berry sorbet.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

During COVID, he launched a successful bagel business and later helped open a high-end restaurant as executive sous chef. Known for inspiring others through his cooking, Chef Ben also excels in mentoring aspiring chefs.
