Dine like a VIP with a private dining experience. Helmed by Chef Vivian and Chef Michi, this culinary adventure will take you and your group through delicious dishes worthy of any 5-star restaurant. You’ll begin your meal with a selection of soups, salads and appetizers. Next you’ll enjoy an exciting assortment of signature sushi and sashimi. For your main course, you can choose from a variety of dishes including miso-glazed salmon, Korean-style short ribs and black pepper shrimp. Finally, you'll choose one of four amazing desserts inspired by Asian cuisine.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
