Enjoy a custom private chef experience as Chef Greg takes your tastebuds on an adventure to the sea. Featuring a three-course menu of 5-star dishes, your personal chef will craft an unforgettable culinary journey with the freshest ingredients. You’ll start your meal with your choice of seafood, soup or salad. You’ll then get to choose from a list of entrées including fresh fresh and lobster risotto. For dessert, you’ll enjoy either a chocolate mousse, strawberry semifreddo, crêpes Suzette or seasonal fruit with brown butter sauce.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Greg is a culinary visionary and former restaurant owner armed with a bachelor’s degree in restaurant, culinary, and catering management, and nearly 20 years of experience as an executive chef. Chef Greg has most recently found success as the owner of a renowned catering company specializing in creative and custom menus, and as a host of an array of can’t-miss cooking classes and other incredible culinary experiences.

What a wonderful experience my husband and I had with Chef Greg. He was professional but down to earth and we enjoyed his company. Even though this event was a private dinner and not a hands-on cooking experience, Chef Greg was happy to share his knowledge and experience with any questions we brought his way. The meal was magnificent! We would definitely book him again for another dinner and are eager to try his cooking classes sometime in the future.

The food was absolutely delicious!!!! My husband and I can’t say enough about it! We had the Gourmet surf and turf! It was prepared in a timely matter and he cleaned the dishes. Chef Greg was very nice& friendly. My husband and I ate all of our food and it was plenty. This was a Great surprise for my husband on Valentines Day! Definitely recommend! M Smith!

We enjoyed our evening with Chef Greg. Food was delicious and interesting, something that we wouldn’t try to make ourselves. He wears personable and connected well with us. I bought this for a gift for my business partner and his wife, they loved it and booked it for their Friday date night! They called me after the dinner and couldn’t keep talking about how wonderful the experience was and they even learned a few new things even though they both cook all of the time. They said the food was fresh and great too! The overall experience was great and I’m definitely going to get this as a gift for more people…I prefer gifting experiences vs actual gifts! Our evening with Chef Greg was outstanding and memorable. He tailored our daughter-in-law's birthday dinner menu to fit our request for a plant based meal. Chef Greg explained his recipes to us and invited each of us to participate in the dinner preparation. The end products were appealing to the eye and savory. I would recommend Chef Greg to anyone wanting to learn how to prepare foods that are tasty and healthy from a knowledgeable, experienced and personable individual.
