Join Chef Nancy for a private chef experience highlighting the bright, refreshing flavors of the sea accented with fresh, premium ingredients. The chef will expertly prepare your three-course meal guided by your selections of restaurant-quality dishes.

Create a custom dining experience with your choice of an appetizer, main course and dessert for your group. Options such as tender crab cakes, Niçoise salad, fragrant bouillabaisse and whole branzino showcase the bounty of the sea elevated with classic and contemporary culinary techniques.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Nancy, also known as the Adobo Queen, grew up in the Philippines as well as in the restaurant industry, and has been cooking since she was 10 years old. Her family has owned and operated a restaurant in Manila renowned for its authentic Filipino comfort food. Today, Chef Nancy can be found making televised appearances as well as hosting interactive culinary experiences that champion authentic Filipino fare.

Amazing experience! Didn't know what to expect going in but was not disappointed. Chef Nancy was an amazing host and a great teacher. Food came out amazing. I graduated culinary school back in 2018 and I still left feeling like I learned a lot. High recommendations!

Chef Nancy is now a part of our family! She was so welcoming, warm, and friendly. Teaching us the meaning behind the style of Filipino cooking, which is so beautiful. This was more than just a cooking class, but an overall experience my date, and I will never forget. I look forward to visiting Chef Nancy again and with friends this time around!
