Strike the perfect balance of sweet and savory with this specialty cooking class. Guided by a local chef, practice new cooking skills and discover unique flavor combinations for a memorable meal.

Mix up a simple balsamic vinaigrette to toss with mixed greens, then chop and dress potatoes in a garlic and herb butter while you prepare the main. Clean and pan-sear a filet of red snapper then whisk up a bright yet creamy sauce made from ginger, apricots and heavy cream. For dessert, layer and bake peach cobbler until bubbling.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

It was so much fun! Learned several techniques from Chef James and the food was amazing. I believe the small class size helped. I would recommend this class.
