In this private chef experience, Chef Jerome will present a three-course menu brimming with creativity. You’ll start by enjoying a balsamic grilled peach and burrata crostini that features rustic wheat bread garnished with fragrant garlic confit cherry tomatoes. Next, you’ll indulge in a herb and garlic beef tenderloin served with velvety goat cheese potato purée, sautéed broccolini and a drizzle of blueberry gastrique. For dessert, enjoy vanilla lemon crème brûlée topped with glazed raspberries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
