Begin with a smoked salmon brioche croque madame featuring lemony rosemary béchamel and an orange vinaigrette arugula salad. Homemade pasta follows, with pancetta carbonara, fried sage and a touch of gochujang paste, and explore crispy lemon rosemary chicken on garlic asparagus spaetzle. For dessert, indulge in a velvety white chocolate rosemary panna cotta with praline and a strawberry reduction.
