The flavors and spices of New Orleans create a tantalizing four-course meal in this private chef experience with Chef Michelle, begining with butter and garlic barbecue shrimp, and crispy Brussels sprouts slaw with apples and pecans. Your main course features authentic spicy sausage and chicken gumbo, then finish with the dessert of the Big Easy: Bananas Foster topped with vanilla ice cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Michelle and Chef Christmas created a wonderful experience for our anniversary dinner. Dinner was served ahead of schedule and the presentation was over the top. We enjoyed the hospitality. My husband is from South Louisiana so he grew up on Creole cuisine. He loved every course. They even went the extra mile to show us what to do with our older fruit. I also loved the clean-up. They were very respectful of us and our home. Every dish was washed and the stove and cabinets were wiped clean.

Chef Michelle and Chef Christmas were amazing! They were so helpful, taught us incredible tips and tricks throughout and we had such a great time. Highly recommend for any work or family group that wants to learn together, have a great time, and enjoy an incredible meal!
