Bring the flavors of a hearty countryside harvest right into your home. In this private chef experience, Chef Emiliano will craft a meal with an abundance of herbs and earthy flavors. To start the meal, enjoy a refreshing olive and radish salad. Creamy risotto with wild mushrooms and nettle leaves is the main course, with a side of roasted Brussel sprouts. Fresh blueberries and cacao nibs make a tempting dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Emiliano is an Italian chef who has extensive travel experience and learned much about different cuisines along the way. He has so much to share and teach within his experiences. If you are in the area I would certainly recommend him.
