Savor an elegant menu of carefully crafted courses with this private chef Italian brunch experience with Chef Kia. First, Chef Kia enjoy fresh breakfast focaccia customized with savory or sweet options, including rosemary and thyme or brown sugar cinnamon. Then, bite into bel pasese con crostini with either watercress and dates or a sweet strawberry and balsamic drizzle. Finish with a romaine salad followed by a classic zeppole dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Kia's pastry class was perfect for my 15-year-old and me. I'm not good in the kitchen so my daughter was able to get hands-on experience with what turned out to be an excellent recipe for us to create together. Chef Kia made accommodations for an ingredient aversion of my daughter's (cinnamon), which we appreciated. Chef Kia was well-prepared, organized, and knowledgeable about each cooking or baking technique we used. She is also very personable so we felt comfortable asking questions along the way. Great experience with Cozymeal and we highly recommend Chef Kia!
