This private chef experience is a focus on an exceptional brunch spread made completely from scratch. Chef Dakota will start by preparing a healthy green salad with a tangy citrus dressing. Next, enjoy a classic eggs Benedict with a creamy hollandaise sauce, crispy bacon and a side of crisp potato hash with roasted peppers. Finish with a sweet berry and granola parfait topped with honey for dessert.

Dakota prepare a dinner for me and 2 friends. it was excellent in every respect. Dakota arrived on time, prepared our meal exactly as specified, and cleaned up afterwards. He explained everything that he was doing. Our friends were favorably impressed. It is likely that they and I will use his services again.

Meet your chef
Chef Dakota currently works as a private chef where he designs menus from scratch and cooks elevated dishes for high-level clientele. His curated recipes focus on seasonal ingredients and a variety of cuisines, including American, Mexican, Tex-Mex, Italian, Thai and French. Prior to becoming a private chef, Chef Dakota worked in multiple restaurants in both Austin and Jacksonville, Florida.
