From the innovative flame-torched avocado and crab salad to the refreshing scallop aguachile, each appetizer is a mastery of flavor and technique. The main course, sous-vide swordfish expertly prepared with rosemary and vibrant pickled pepper relish. Accompanying sides of smokey greens and creamy elote complement the main dish with their depth of flavor. The culmination is a decadent citrus-cinnamon pastel de queso offering a sweet-finale to this exquisite dining experience.

Chef Blake did a phenomenal job. He was pleasant and easy to talk with and his food was spectacular. I highly recommend his Coastal Mexican menu - everything was fresh and delicious!
