In this private chef experience with Chef Thomas, you'll indulge in a classic modern American meal. Begin with an appetizer of creamy polenta with roasted mushrooms and chicken jus. Then, enjoy succulent roasted duck dish sided by carrots, pickled turnips, foie gras and beautifully caramelized Brussels sprouts. Top off the meal with a dessert of chocolate torte with soft cream and orange zest.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Thomas showed me how to make a really flavorful salsa verde. I learned from him that this could be used for marinating steak and chicken which is something I would've never thought of. The use of fresh ingredients is always key to flavorful sauces and dishes. Chef Thomas is very conscious of his ingredients.
