Journey to Cuba with a meal featuring the island's best flavors and traditional dishes.
During this private chef experience, Chef Michelle brings you a gourmet Cuban-inspired dinner menu that will send your taste buds soaring over the warm and sunny beaches of the Caribbean. You'll snack on a fresh avocado cilantro salad and crispy fried plantains before digging into the main course: Pollo mojo Cubano, a roasted chicken entrée paired with traditional yellow rice and black beans. For dessert, delight in the sweet flavors of classic arroz con leche.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
