What You’ll Do

Voyage through the Mediterranean as you experience the unique flavors and dishes of the region.

In this private chef experience with Chef Radka, you'll embark on a culinary tour of the Mediterranean beginning with crispy French bread bites topped with grilled honey fruit, pistachios and mint. Next, enjoy a taste of both land and sea with feta-garnished lamb chops and crispy Parmesan grilled shrimp. For your final stop, indulge in a rich and decadent chocolate lava cake made even creamier by the Middle Eastern staple, tahini.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Radka is passionate about cooking and from the beginning of her career she’s cooked to bring the joy of good food to others. She’s worked in restaurants in the Hamptons, was a bartender in NYC and now runs her own catering business. Chef Radka specializes in Eastern European cooking but is a skilled cook in many other cuisines as well, and she is eager to share her passion for cooking with others.

Hi Radka, Last night was incredible — thanks again! This morning, everyone was asking how you cooked that steak to perfection?! Was it sous vide? Everything was SOO good. You blew us away!
