Enjoy an evening of incredible, innovative flavor pairings in four delicious dishes.
In this engaging private chef experience, Chef Jimmy will prepare a stunning array of dishes designed to awaken and satisfy your palate right from the start. You'll enjoy a variety of Latin American favorites in a one-of-a-kind way, starting with a smoked beet salad with puffed wild rice and a tangy honey vinaigrette. Next, Chef Jimmy will prepare your choice of either an elegant and refreshing shrimp ceviche or a creamy, zesty Roquefort cheese and chipotle soup with charred avocado. Enjoy fish or pork in a flavor-fusion dish before diving into a dreamy hibiscus flower cheesecake.

With achiote yogurt, arugula emulsion, puffed wild rice and honey vinaigrette
