Experience the rich umami of Chinese soup dumplings filled with mushroom, water chestnut and herbs and soy-glazed salmon paired with bok choy and savory miso butter. Curry spices and sriracha oil add depth of flavor to roasted broccoli, with a cooling lychee granita following it all up to round out this showcase of Asian flavors.

During the past decade, he has served clients on luxury yachts, taught classes to children and adults and worked as head chef in hotels and restaurants across NOLA, all the while perfecting his unique, flavor-packed dishes. Since working in New Orleans, he has also developed a deep love for French-inspired cuisine, and he's ready to share his knowledge.

Chef Mike was remarkable! This was a surprise Anniversary gift for my wife and he knocked it out of the park! Great food, great personality and exactly as I hoped the experience would be when I booked it.
