Discover the bold, rustic flavors of Spain with a private chef experience led by Chef Joshua. From the celebrated tapas culture of the north to the coastal traditions of Galicia, every course draws from a different corner of Spain's rich and diverse culinary landscape â€“ prepared and served entirely for you.

The evening opens with your choice of bacon-wrapped dates, crispy patatas bravas with peppers and herbs or pan con tomate with ripe tomatoes and olive oil. The main course offers Pulpo Gallego â€“ tender Galician octopus with smoked paprika and potatoes â€“ or pato con aceitunas, a rustic duck with olives and seasonal vegetables. Warm churros with cinnamon sugar and dulce de leche bring the evening to a classic Spanish close. Book this experience today.

We had a totally plant based meal; an interesting olive tapenade over sourdough bread, delicious soup, roasted vegetables over mashed celeriac, an a coconut creme with red plums and pistachios. I learned many things about how to bring out flavors and how to mix flavors. There were four of us and we all had an outstanding time. Chef Joshua was a brilliant, kind and interesting teacher.

Josh was a delight to meet! We loved this experience and had a lot of fun learning cooking tips, new recipes, and about the food scene in Colorado in general. He was very informative and was able to answer any cooking question we had. Highly recommend!

Chef Joshua was absolutely wonderful and he made the experience comfortable and fun almost immediately. The selection of the recipes was great and the food was delicious. He was very nice to talk to and we came away with some awesome new recipes, a ton of restaurant recommendations, and reading material to understand how and why certain foods are prepared. Great experience, exceeded all expectations!
