WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Relax with friends or family and a leisurely brunch of chef-created favorites.
Brunch combines the best of both worlds with savory dishes and decadent sweet treats. In this private chef experience, Chef Lasheeda invites you to enjoy a variety of baked goods, whiskey-infused French toast with fruit and candied pecans, and a crab, shrimp and cheese quiche peppered with vegetables. End with a crème brûlée elevated by Madagascar vanilla beans.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

This was my first in-home cooking class and it was great! Chef Lasheeda was very organized and brought everything needed for us to make macarons and she was very thorough in her lessons. I learned so much about making macarons and macaron fillings and my family and I got to enjoy eating very tasty macarons. This was a great convenient way to take a cooking class and great way to learn from accomplished chefs. :)

My son and I had a great time learning how to make pastry dough as well as how to use the pastry dough to make three very delicious treats. My family thoroughly enjoyed tasting ALL of our tasty treats; we could not determine which was our favorite. You will come away having learned a lot about laminated dough and will come away with more than just good food, but also good memories.

With Lasheeda my family members have done several cooking classes - we learned new techniques (much more nuanced than YouTube learning) and made tasty treats for the rest of the family to enjoy. Best of all - the classes were well prepared, well organized and resulted in no-stress/pure fun experiences. As to Lasheeda's ice cream recipes - they are the only ones we use at home; and the ice cream recipe books have been donated to local libraries. We love Lasheeda's classes and highly recommend them!
