What You’ll Do

Discover sushi like you've never had it before with Chef Harold's modern culinary creations.

Prepare yourself for a private chef experience like no other. Using fresh ingredients and a bit of creativity, Chef Harold reinvents classic sushi staples with an American and Latin twist. Begin with umami-packed miso soup followed by two chef speciality rolls: A scallop ceviche roll, and a surf and turf roll filled with spicy tuna and topped with chicken teriyaki. End with a sushi taco featuring spicy tuna tartare and avocado salsa.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Harold is an amazing chef and teacher! We all (family of four) enjoyed learning about the ingredients, the process and of course, the sushi! Would totally do this again.

Chef Harold was awesome! So friendly and knowledgeable! The food was delicious, but we learned a lot from his tips and tricks, and will definitely be trying to recreate the recipes on our own. Thank you for making our anniversary dinner special!
