Chef Roger was amazing. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable and just all around great teacher. He made his class easy to learn and easy to achieve at home. He taught us new cooking techniques and even showed us how to make two amazing fresh salads from our own homegrown food. He sent us home with all the left overs from the class (which was a TON) and we left full and so very happy! What a wonderful class! I highly recommend chef Roger & cozymeal.

Roger was fantastic, had a personalized Vegan prepared by him as a Christmas gift. The food was amazing - well thought out, beautifully presented and most importantly delicious.

It was a very fun evening with us learning how to cook some very basic but delicious Vietnamese meals. The recipes are easy which means that we can replicate them!

Chef Roger provided a wonderful cooking experience. We signed up for Vietnamese cooking because we wanted to learn how to make the sauce for Vietnamese vermicelli dishes. After he showed us that he made peanut sauce using that as a base and went on to describe how to use the sauces and variants with many dishes. He prepared shrimp, chicken and pork dishes, all excellent. He is very personable, engaging and knowledgeable. I highly recommend taking his class!

This was an OUTSTANDING experience! Our group of ten loved his food. So fresh. Such uncommon combinations of flavors and textures. It was like dining on a Michelin Star meal at home. He arrived on time, prepared, with his team. He was very generous with the quantity and quality of the food. He has a special source for ingredients that the average home cook would not have access to on their own. He and his team served us, as though we were in one of the finest restaurants, using fresh dinnerware for each course. Our kitchen was completely cleaned up and things were put away before they left. Our highest recommendations go to Chef Roger.

My boyfriend got this for us for my birthday and I honestly didn't know what to expect when it came to this. I knew I wanted to learn more about dough, but Chef Roger went above and beyond. He genuinely enjoys teaching about food and how to cook it. I learned more than I thought I was going to. Chef Roger has a great deal of knowledge and was more than happy to share. Overall, it was a phenomenal experience.

Chef Rogers was amazing! He customized a lunch for our family birthday celebration. He made a special dessert that was my daughters favorite. He was detailed and thorough and patient in teaching us how to make pizza and had plenty for us to take back. We went well over the time limit but he did not seem to mind. Great kitchen and setup for us. Would love to do this again with him.

My wife and I had a great experience making tacos (and many salsas!) with Roger. He is an extremely personable chef and has created a very well thought out class. We were amazed by the variety of food we could create with only a few simple ingredients and steps, which he guided us through expertly. We highly recommend him!

Chef Roger was an amazing teacher! We didn't know what to expect at first as this was our first time, but he welcomed us into his kitchen and was very warm. He gave a rundown on the meals that we were cooking and then we jumped right in. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Chef Roger and really loved the meal that we got to cook. We got to eat the dinner and have a nice chat with Chef Roger and still had tons of left overs to bring home! Thank you Chef Roger, we hope to be back in the kitchen with you soon!

Chef Roger was professional as well as personable. His relaxed atmosphere was very welcoming and he made you feel at home. The kitchen set up was perfect for a class on Vietnamese cooking and a hands-on experience. It took some of the mystery out of Asian cooking and instilled confidence in us to go home and try things. You will really enjoy his classes!

You'll instantly feel at home with Chef Roger's easy, personable and friendly nature. He has a beautiful, newly remodeled space that's perfect for a classes. He's a MASTER at dough and the many dishes you can make from it. His Pizza Calabrese has a beautiful crust and fresh, tangy sauce that just melts in your mouth! He makes hand-pulled noodles look easy (and delicious!). You must, however try his Tacos-- specifically, his homemade tortillas! Wow! So full of flavor, I could eat just the tortillas themselves! "I just want people to have a great time when they come here," was his comment. And does he deliver! Highly recommend spending some time with Chef Roger!
