In this culinary experience, Chef Carolina will create a warm and inviting atmosphere for you to enjoy a mosaic of flavors showcased throughout her Mediterranean and Middle Eastern fusion menu. Every dish is made from scratch using authentic and high-quality ingredients, including a juicy rack of lamb and a baked ricotta dessert that fuses sweet and sour.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Meet your chef
Chef Carolina graduated from the Art Institute and The Institute of Natural Food, and worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years. She has been surrounded by good food all of her life — her mother and grandmother were always in the kitchen cooking, and she learned many secrets to authentic ethnic Mexican food from them. This has been Chef Carolina's inspiration for creating menus full of natural, unprocessed foods.
