Online Cooking Class - Perfect Paella and Crema Catalana

What You’ll Do

Cook alongside a Spanish chef as you learn how to make authentic paella.

In this online cooking class, Chef Elena welcomes you from her kitchen in Valencia, Spain. She will cook alongside you virtually as she teaches you how to prepare an authentic Spanish paella — a practice in patience and restraint as you build the flavor of saffron and paprika-scented Spanish rice and make the seafood stock from scratch. Finally, whip up crema Catalana, a custard topped with caramelized sugar.

Our family of 3 (including a teen son) really enjoyed this class. The recipes were easy to figure out and make, and it's nice to have the book to refer to the 3 things we made, as well as all of the other content. Chef Kelley was very helpful, friendly, and encouraging with our son!

My husband and I had a wonderful afternoon and the time flew! Virtual assistant Forest was charming and made the entire process seamless. Chef Vasia invited us into her home kitchen and shared her grandmother's recipes. Our meal was delicious and I will use those recipes often. This was our first ... class but it won't be our last.
