Learn how to create a colorful trio of sushi dishes to celebrate Pride Month.

During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Vivian and Michi, you will learn how to prepare three colorful sushi dishes to celebrate Pride Month. Chef Vivian and Michi will begin by teaching you how to make a rainbow tiradito appetizer. Then, you will learn how to make a Pride roll topped with tuna, salmon, snapper and avocado before ending with fruit sushi for dessert.

Kit includes: Sushi rice, nori, rice vinegar powder, sesame seeds, wasabi powder, rolling mat, cooking instructions, shopping guide, and drink pairing suggestions. Servings: Makes 8 rolls with 6 pieces each. Prep Work Details

Please make sushi rice following the sushi kit instructions or package instructions. Chop 1/2 cup of scallions. Julienne 1/2 of a cucumber and half-moon slice the other half. Cover bamboo mat with plastic wrap. Have all ingredients and equipment ready prior to class.

Vivian & Michi were fantastic! The atmosphere was warm & inviting. Everything was prepped & waiting for our arrival. Their directions were clear and easy to follow. Our group had people of different cooking skills but we all came away having learned something new. Best of all, the food was delicious! We would definitely take another class with them.

**A Truly Exceptional Cooking Experience - 10/10!** I had the pleasure of attending this cooking class, and I can confidently say it was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. First, the instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. They not only guided us step-by-step through each recipe but also shared valuable tips and tricks that I can apply in my own kitchen. The hands-on approach made the experience engaging, and I truly felt like I was learning something worthwhile. The atmosphere was welcoming and fun — a great balance between educational and social. Chef Vivi and Michi opened up there home to us and at first we were skeptical about going into a private home for the cooking class but every was spotless and well-equipped, the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. We arrived 15mins late due to traffic but the chefs were so understanding and we still had plenty of time for us to ask questions and get individual attention, which really made the experience feel personalized. The best part? The food we made was *delicious*! We walked away with not just new skills, but a new level of confidence in the kitchen. We also left with the recipes and I’m excited to try again at home. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned home cook, this class is worth every penny. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
