Chef Stacy was very thorough and I learned a lot from her! She kept the class to 1.5 hours. The only things I would suggest is to provide the instructions for the rice in advance to speed things up a bit. I would also either reduce the recipes listed or work on them while the rice is cooking because we did not use some of the ingredients we bought. It was a great class overall, though!
