Take a virtual trip to the summer festival in Sakura City, Japan in this live online cooking class where you'll explore a classic Japanese street food dish. With Chef Vivian and Michi as your guides, you'll learn how to prepare a yakisoba noodle dish stir-fried with fresh vegetables and topped with sliced pork belly and a handmade yakisoba sauce.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Festival of Japanese Street Fare class with Chefs Michi and Vivian yesterday! They were both so friendly and informative and we did learn some fantastic tips. I never did get the opportunity to photograph our end result because the rest of the family dove on it and it was GONE! haha Absolutely delicious. Both chefs were so helpful and carefully answered all questions. We will definitely be taking additional classes and most certainly looking for additional classes with Chefs Michi and Vivian, including in person classes once you are in Tampa! Thanks so much and your customer service and follow up is spectacular. :-)
