You don't need to live a vegan lifestyle to enjoy these two authentic Thai takeout favorites.

During this live and interactive online cooking class with Chef Stacy, you will learn how to prepare authentic vegan Thai dishes from scratch in your own kitchen. You'll start your meal with a refreshing virgin Mai Tai before Chef Stacy teaches you how to assemble fresh vegetable spring rolls and concoct a sweet chili peanut dipping sauce to accompany them. The star of the show is a restaurant-quality pad Thai that's vegan, gluten-free and bursting with sour, sweet and savory flavors.

Prep Work Details

Print out all recipes. Sanitize all workstations and wash hands. Gather all ingredients, equipment, utensils needed per recipes. Rinse all produce and herbs, then pat dry. Trim, grate, chop or peel all produce and herbs as directed in recipes. Please don't start your noodles prior to class. Please take peanut butter out of the refrigerator about 15 minutes prior to class to soften.
