During this live interactive online cooking class, you will take a virtual trip to Florence, Italy, where Chef Stefano will teach you how to prepare traditional pasta carbonara from scratch. If you've always wanted to learn authentic pasta making from an Italian chef, now you can — right from your kitchen, no travel required.

Chef Stefano will touch on the meaning and history of carbonara and the ingredients which made this dish so famous. After you've mastered carbonara, you'll use your leftover egg whites to make an egg white chocolate cake!

We had a great time with Stefano. It is really neat to connect with people from all over the world. The meal was delicious. It was easy to follow along and Stefano was a great teacher with so much knowledge. Lots of tricks to remember even down the the science of why. Thank you again.

This was an online cooking class. making pasta has simple ingredients but not that easy to do. Making the past for me was hard due to arthritis issues--so which there was a slightly homemade suggestion. The Sauce had great flavors. The cake was excellent. Definitely will make everything again
