Josef was a fantastic teacher, and my mom LOVED this gift. She was glowing ALL DAY because she finally made a delicious latte, complete with latte art! Josef has a wonderful presence online, and really listened to what we wanted to get out of the class. Five stars all the way!!

Barista Josef gave a very thorough and informative class on making the perfect home espresso! The things I learned in 75 minutes will definitely help me "tweak" my espresso and consistently make the perfect cup of coffee (no matter what I decide to have, whether it be an espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.) Thanks Josef!! ☕ï¸

Barista Josef was wonderful. Not only did he go through the whole process of making expresso coffee but also explained in depth how to make foaming milk for a latte or cappicino. In addition he touched upon how long to roast and let sit before using coffee beans. Looking forward to taking another class with him.
