Cooking Class - Indian Dosa Feast

What You’ll Do

Learn to create a traditional Indian dosa feast at home with high-quality, seasonal ingredients.

In this hands-on class, Chef Carly will empower you with new culinary skills and inspire you as you learn the art and science of vegan dosa.

Dosa is a traditional South Indian dish made from fermented rice and lentil batter. Chef Carly will teach you how to make and ferment dosa batter, turn it into crispy thin crepes, and create all the side dishes for a dosa feast. You’ll also learn how to use Indian spices, make lentil soup in a pressure cooker, and incorporate dosa into meals throughout the week.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
